Ingredients:
- Brownie mix
- Non-stick baking spray
- Christmas tree silicone mould
- Candy melts
- Lustre dust
Method:
-
Preheat your oven to 175°C
-
Prepare the brownie mix in a large bowl
-
Spray the Christmas Tree Silicone Mould thoroughly with non-stick baking spray
-
Fill each cavity of the mould about halfway with the prepared brownie mix
-
Place the filled mold on a baking tray and transfer it to the preheated oven
-
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean
-
Allow the baked brownies to cool for approximately 15 minutes before removing them from the mould and leaving to cool completely on a wire rack
-
Clean the silicone mold thoroughly to remove any grease or residue from the brownie baking
-
Melt the candy melts according to the package instructions. Then pour a small amount into each mould cavity, ensuring the bottom is covered completely
-
Gently place the cooled brownies onto the melted candy melts in the mould with a gentle push
-
Place the mould in the freezer and chill for approximately 30 minutes to allow the candy melts to set
- Pipe small dots of different coloured candy melts on top to create ornaments. Add a small amount of clear alcohol to lustre dust to create a paint for the star.
- Enjoy!
