Ingredients:
- Meringue batter
- Red food colouring
- Cake pop sticks
- Baking paper
- Baking tray
- Decorating tip 6B
- Decorating tip 32
- Decorating bags
- Edible glitter
Method:
- Prepare meringue batter using our meringue powder
- Divide the meringue batter into two bowls. Add red food colouring to one portion
- Using tip 6B pipe a small dash of red on a baking paper lined tray then place one end of a lollipop stick in the middle. This will hold it in placeÂ
- Using a back and forth motion pipe a triangle shape over the same area for the hat
- Using tip 32 and the white meringue batter pipe the pom-pom and trim of the hat
- Bake at 120°C for 55 minutes
- Allow to cool completely before removing from the tray
- Optional: add a spray of glitter for added sparkle
