We understand that planning an event can be stressful. We are here to help and offer extra services to assist and give peace of mind. These include:
Monitoring delivery of your parcel:
We run reports using the New Zealand Couriers portal to ensure that parcels are delivered on time. We use the event date to identify parcels with close dates, escalating to NZ Couriers. We place a query on your behalf, which will be linked to any query made at your end. We recommend that you contact the courier at your end, should this happen also, using the delivery reference on your tracking email.
Incomplete orders:
From time to time, we may be waiting on more stock arriving or there is a stock discrepancy. Rather than refund that item and send your order (who needs the cups without plates?!), we will be in touch to let you know there will be a delay or where not possible an alternative product will be offered. Having the event or required date is extremely helpful for this. Our aim is to please - if something goes wrong we are here to put it right!
Adding extra items to your order:
Give us a call and we can add extra items where the parcel hasn't already been picked up by the courier (they pick up multiple times a day). Please place your order as soon as possible, reference the original order number, and select store pick up to avoid extra shipping.
