For the decorations use the use a spatula with the buttercream to create an even coat around the edge and top of the cake, to make the proccess easier use one of our Wilton Decorating Turntables. With the excess buttercream use the Wilton #1M Decorating Tip and piping bag to create the swirls around the edge of the top of the cake.

Sprinkle the Rainbow Jimmie Sprinkles on the top of the cake and around the outside bottom of the cake. Follow the instructions on the Rainbow Balloon cake topper DIY Kit and add it into the top of the cake. For a personalised touch you can also add one of our Rainbow Long Stick Glitter candles to complete the look.
