- Fresh strawberries (stems removed)
- Icing - buttercream or whipped icing is best
- Small round cookie cutter

Method
- Prepare and bake your brownie mix according to the instructions on the box.
- Once cooled, use a small round cookie cutter to cut out brownie circles.
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Then cut off the top part to create a flat base.
- Prepare the icing and transfer to a piping bag with your chosen tip.
- Next pipe a round of icing onto each brownie circle. This layer will act as the "hat base" and hold the strawberry in place. Then place a strawberry, pointed side up, onto the icing.
- Lastly, pipe a small dot of icing onto the tip of the strawberry to complete the Santa Hat look. Optional: Add a mini marshmallow for an extra festive touch.
