Easy Easter Chocolate Bark Recipe

A simple and easy treat to make for your Easter Party.

  1. Place a large heat-proof bowl, such as metal or glass, over a pot of gently boiling water. Melt the Candy Melts by placing it in this bowl. The heat will melt the candy for you.
  2. Make sure the candy is completely melted before pouring the candy onto a tray lined with baking paper. Wipe the condensation from the bottom of the bowl before you pour - you don't want the water and candy to mix.
  3. After smoothing it out, sprinkle your toppings over top. These would be the mini marshmallows, and also the sprinkles and popping candy should you want to include them for that extra cheer.
  4. Let the bark cool. It's better to let it cool at room temperature for a few hours, but if you're in a hurry, the fridge works just as well.
  5. When you're ready, break apart the bark into chunks and enjoy! You can serve right away, or store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to a week.
